ROMANTICIZING MY MORNING 💗 waking up at 5AM!

Hi baybaybesties! Bringing you through my morning waking up at 5am. I’ve been waking up at 5am since the beginning of January and it really has changed my life. There’s something special about being up before the sun and watching the sun rise. Early mornings are filled with peace and no distractions. They allow you to find quiet time with yourself and get a productive start to the day. Life is all about how you view it. You have to start romanticizing your life. You have to fall in love with the little things because that’s when you truly start living. Xoxo baybayhay

Not every morning will go as planned but these are the steps I do for my ideal morning that make me feel my best:

Wake up at 5am
Make the bed
Brush teeth, brush hair, wash face
Fill up water + drink athletic greens + take vitamins
Ice roll and write in my 5 min journal (3 things I’m grateful for, 3 things that would make the day amazing, 2 daily affirmations)
Quick clean in kitchen/laundry if needed
No social media for first couple hours in the morning to avoid any negativity
Breakfast/coffee
Workout
Walk + listen to podcast
