Jock is not happy about the family not being able to sit down to dinner, considering that Lucy and Sue Ellen are out, and J.R. is out of town on business. Pam tries to get Bobby to postpone his party but he refuses to do so since he’s expecting Mr. Faraday, in hopes of expanding his construction venture. Sue Ellen sees Dr. Danvers for a checkup. Dr. Danvers talk to Sue Ellen about shock and promises to call her with the results of her blood test.
