In today’s video I am excited to bring you an update to a video I published back on November 5th, 2023, on Sarasota Luxury Villa.

I learned that a few of these models have been built throughout Paseo Del Sendero and there’s more on the way. You will have parking for 2 vehicles, a bathroom as you enter the villa, an indoor garden by the staircase, a living room to the right, on the opposite side the kitchen and dining area, and to the left a bedroom with a closet and private bathroom. The room behind it will be a laundry room, service room and private bathroom. Upstairs will have 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms and a landing that can be utilized as a gathering place as well. The villa is approximately 2583 sq ft of living space on a 5382 sq ft lot.

Sarasota Luxury Villas are not part of a project. These are made as they are ordered. In other words, you do not need to wait years for your villa. As a matter of fact, the builder is extremely flexible with time frames. If you want your villa done within 12-15 months, he’ll get it done. Need more time, let’s say 18 months or 24 months? No problem.
The current price for the Sarasota Luxury Villas in Paseo Del Sendero Vistacana complete with land, pool and sunken firepit, a/c units, stove and extractor is $420,000. You can order one with $5,000 reserve payment. Then pay 20% with signed agreement to purchase, followed by 40% during construction and the 40% balance upon delivery. You choose your time frame, 12, 15, 18 or 24 months.
