Some time ago I built a spline jig for my router -    • Router Table Spline Jig | How To Make a Sp...   . Perfect to use when you have a frame and you want to strengthen and decorate the corners. But first, how do you make a frame? This jig helps out when gluing the frame together. You can freely move the arms to clamp a square or a rectangle of different sizes. The T-Tracks allow setting the clamping corners at any length which can move freely allowing for easy adjustments. The frame is tightened by screwing the pieces together using a threaded rod or quick-fix clamps. Take Care. Happy Building!

Tips:
Put wax paper below the corner pieces to easily get rid of glue excess
I used an MDF desk for the base. The plywood runners slide nicely on the MDF surface
When gluing the tracks be careful not to get any glue in the track itself
