Oakes covers the aspects of SHB 1131, an agency request to enhance its limited jurisdiction officer training and E2SSB 5634, which helps provide more resources toward the issue of problem gambling. The WSGC Commission thanked Oakes for his efforts in doing dual roles during the 2023 legislative session.
