Dhokla Premix
Khatta Dhokla Premix:
Ingredients:
1 Cup - Small Rice
1 Cup - Chana Dal
1/2 Cup - Moong Dal
1/4 Cup - Urad Dal
1/2 Cup - Poha
1 Cup - Sooji
Method:
Mix above ingredients and Grind in Mixie , texture Should be Coarse.
Store into Jar
White Dhokla Premix:
Ingredients:
1+1/2 Cup - Small Rice
1/2 Cup - Urad Dal
1/2 Cup - Poha
1/2 Cup - Sooji
1 tsp - Methi
Method :
Mix above things and Grind Coarsely
Store in Jar
Lasaniya Khatta Dhokla Premix:
Ingredients:
1 Cup - Chana Dal
1 Cup - Small Rice
1/2 Cup - Sooj
1/2 Cup - Poha
2 tbsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Method :
Mix above thing Properly and Grind Coarsely
Store in Jar
Optional - 2 tbsp - Garlic Powder
If Storeing
