Welcome to our aircraft build adventure at HECK FIELD on the beautiful Gold Coast! After a challenging first week, the weather has turned in our favor, and it's time for some serious aviation progress.
In this video (Day 6), you'll get an in-depth look at the crucial steps involved in completing the final wing of our project. Watch as we meticulously work on rivet filling techniques, apply fiberglass, seal the fuel tank, and mount the wing tips with the invaluable help of Mitch.
We also had the opportunity to examine the new DUC PROPELLER on a Sling High Wing, which helped us make a key decision for our build. Plus, we received the exciting news that our ROTAX 916 engine is scheduled for delivery on Day 7!
