moving on❤︎

hey hey, im uploading this life update on a whim & its very long but i wanted to open up about some of my past with low self worth, labels, abusive relationships, social anxiety & how I’ve coped. Thought this would be a good time to post with back to school approaching for lots of you guys and i hope this story is a reminder that the people we choose to surround ourselves with can have very long lasting effects and to be really conscious of who you allow yourself to become. you ARE worth so much more than a label, mistakes you’ve made, trauma you’ve been through - you can learn and grow and find a lot of happy moments along the way.

I needed to make the same mistakes over and over until finally something clicked and I committed to changing the factors that were weighing on me. Maybe if you are on the same path as I was, this video can kick start the process of taking yourself out of situations that cause you harm... or maybe you can relate and if you feel bad about your past, this shows that we all need to mess up to find ourselves and theres no shame in it.
