Itchy flaky scalp? Detangling taking forever? This hair care routine is here help you.

Sharing with you how I do my hair care routine. Everything from how I keep my hair detangled, dandruff free to how I style in a wash and go.

This is how I would normally wash my scalp to keep it dandruff free. It has been years since I have had the need to use anti dandruff shampoos like Head and Shoulders, Nizoral, Ketoconazole, Tar, Selsun blue. I used to like Selsun blue, but I could not find it here in Europe, so after a lot of trial an error, I finally found a hair care routine for my tightly curly type 4 hair, that works.
In the summer I wash my hair regularly because it is hot, but in the winter I even went 10 days without an itchy scalp or flaking after I started using this routine.

I had not originally intended this video to be about dandruff tips, but realized while editing that perhaps someone else struggling with dandruff and itchy scalp might find it useful.

I do want to mention that not all scalp conditions are because of seborrheic dermatitis.There are conditions like psoriasis or eczema that might look similar.
Also, sometimes what you think might be a dry scalp, is actually dandruff (seborrheic dermatitis) caused by fungus.
Your itchy scalp could be product sensitivity or allergies.
Make sure to contact your local medical doctor if you continue to struggle.
