材料:
蒜蓉醬:辣椒油 1 tbsp,蒜蓉 4 tbsp,砂糖 1/2 tbsp,鹽,胡椒粉
豬肉調味:砂糖 2 tbsp,味醂 1 tbsp,生抽 3 tbsp,辣椒醬 2 tbsp,麻油 1 tbsp,胡椒粉
豬肩肉 400g,洋蔥 1/2,蔥,芝麻
做法:
1. 在鍋加入辣椒油,蒜蓉 4,砂糖,鹽,胡椒粉,炒香
2. 將砂糖,味醂,生抽,辣椒醬,麻油,胡椒粉拌勻,加入豬肩肉拌勻
3. 落鍋炒豬肉,加入洋蔥,蔥,炒熟
4. 上碟,加上蒜蓉醬,蔥,芝麻

▪ INGREDIENTS:
-Garlic Sauce: 1 Tbsp Chili Oil, 4 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, Salt, Pepper
-Spicy Stir-Fried Pork: 2 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Pepper, 400g Pork Shoulder Cut (Thinly Sliced), 1/2 Onion (1 Handful), 1/2 Green Onion (1 Handful)
-Garnish: 2 Handful Green Onion, Sesame Seeds
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 1 Tbsp chili oil, 4 minced garlic, 1/2 sugar, salt and little bit of pepper in pan. Stir fry to remove spiciness of garlic.
2. In a bowl, combine 2 sugar, 1 mirin, 3 soy sauce, 2 red pepper paste, 1 sesame seed oil, and little bit of pepper and 400g thinly sliced pork shoulder cut. Combine them well.
3. Oil the pan and stir fry marinated shoulder cut.
4. When it’s cooked enough, add shredded 1/2 onion (1 handful), 1/2 green onion (1 handful) and stir fry.
5. Add garlic sauce and 2 handful diced green onion. Finish off with sesame seeds.
