In part 3 of our Hooks and Turns series we cover how to hook your defender with your arm and move them away from the ball. We always want to move the defender in the direction in which they are already moving so we have to work two different hooks. One hook will result in a reverse turn and one hook will be a strong side turn. As always please watch part one and two before doing this video as those techniques will set you up for success.
