Justice Bahati Mwamuye Directs that he will give a judgment on a petition by Rastafari Society seeking to legalize Marijuana on March 19,2026 and warns Advocates in the petition that their will be no adjournment of the case. The Judge has consequently requested the state to advice police officers that their is an active case in court seeking to legalize Marijuana. This came after Advocate Shadrack Wambui informed the court that members of the Rastafari Society were being targeted by police after their faces went public following the petition.
