in this video i discussed Why Isolated SMPS Output Contains Line Voltage - SMPS Output Gives Electrical Shock. i explained in urdu hindi language. tester glows in dc supply of isolated switch mode power supply (SMPS). in isolated smps, the output must be isolated from line and neutral input. but in some reasons some line component enters in secondary output and while touching the output it gives electrical shock. and if we touch tester to output, the neon inside the tester glows, it indicates that there are live line voltage in output section, it may be due to class y rated capacitor, mosfet mounting tab or insulator leakage, smps transformer inter winding insulation leakage. or winding short circuit between primary winding & secondary winding
