Don't use torch during the mounting of rolling bearings!

Torch is using very commonly during the mounting of rolling bearings all around the world. But the problem is that here, you should be very careful when you are heating it up bearings, because most of the ball bearings can allow you for heating up to 120C degrees this can be 200C degrees for roller bearings and should be checked from manufacturer catalogues. Temprature of the flame at the end of torch is around 1200-1300C Degrees which can cause microstructure damage during the heating progress. If you damage microstructure of the bearings this could happen early failures during the application. Last 13 years i saw many wrong applications regarding bearings and i decided to record some funny videos which will help me for to tell the people which is wrong which is right application.
For today, best way to heating your bearings up is using induction heaters. Second method is heating up bearings in oil. All other methods are carrying some risks. If you have any question please send message to me.
