Hello friends -
For your enjoyment, this is yet another collection (tape 3) of clips from KBVO-TV 42 in Austin, TX in from 1985 - 1986. These clips were collected from various episodes of The Transformers which I recorded on VHS, and extracted various station bumpers, local advertisements, a smattering of toy commercials, etc. that gives the feel of what a local independent station was like in the mid-80s. Station ID prints and bumpers included.
Takara / Hasbro holds the copyrights to The Transformers and unfortunately the video is blocked in some countries.
I am hoping to submit more footage from television stations in the Austin area (80s - 90s). This includes local commercials and newscasts, station bumpers, national commercials and so forth with identifying marks from Austin television. Hopefully you'll enjoy the nostalgia associated with these broadcasts.
