Transport has been paralysed along the Lamu -Witu - Garsen road which was cut off by flooding waters at Gamba. It Is now three weeks since the disaster happened and nothing has been done to repair the road, forcing frequent users of the route to risk their lives by navigating the waters to get to their destinations. The prevailing situation has occasioned a shortage of petrol and food whose prices have risen beyond normal.
