These accounts show us that God's creation is very good, especially culminating in the crowning creation of mankind, who is created in the image and the likeness of God.
This inspires us each, if understood, to bring light into this world, to honour our divine stewardship over the earth and all things upon it, and to try to build, lift and love others as we know God himself would do.
Then when we look in the mirror, we too can see the image and likeness of God - or God in us.
