He is the recipient of the Ideas Worth Teaching Award for excellence in business education from The Aspen Institute, and co-authored “Changing Your Company from the Inside Out,” published by the Harvard Business Review Press. Chris’ passion lies in helping leaders build high-performing organizations that bring out the best in people.
