VILLA ALBA | The Sims 4 Speed Build

Welcome to a new speed build in The Sims 4! I was requested to build a medium-sized house for a couple and two kids in Oasis Springs, with stucco walls, adobe roof, terracota tuscan styled tyles, rich woods, an outdoor fireplace, an open loft distribution with an office or play area upstairs and in an overall rustic style. So I've created Villa Alba, inspired by Spanish and Tuscan houses. (PS. Please excuse the garden light in the middle of the backyard, I don't know why I put it there...)
