Effie Trinket is hands down one of my favourite characters in The Hunger Games. I'm - obviously - a huge fan of quirky makeup, so today I wanted to recreate Elizabeth Banks's makeup.

A little something to note, I will not be listing the lenses I used (I ended up taking them out before I took the pictures and just changed the colour of my eyes in Photoshop). I don't know what was up with these ones but they were driving my eyes crazy!
