In this video we (3 riders) traveled from Spokane Washington to Thompson Falls Montana. (140 miles one way)
Going over 4th of July pass is always a lot of intense fun. And going over Thompon falls Pass on the 2 lane blacktop is more laid back and can be even more fun.
The first 75 miles is freeway travel from 60-75 mph. Then we get off the freeway onto 2 lane blacktop for 64 miles. The first 20 miles follows the Coeur d' Alene river then branches away up and over Thompson falls pass, then down the other side to the city of Thompson Falls, Montana. All of which is spectacular senery. We had lunch and they proceeded back over Thompson Falls pass to interstate 90 westbound back 75 miles. to Spokane Washington. Always a great ride and tons of fun.
