It has been reported that resistance forces (PDF) launched a raid on the Tatmadaw (junta) frontline outpost located in Yonesingyi Village, Taungtha Township, Myingyan District, Mandalay Region—an area heavily planted —using drones and heavy weapons. As a result of the attack, six junta soldiers died.

The operation was led by Ko Min Thar Gyi, Deputy Battalion Commander of Myingyan District Battalion No. 3.
