Andy Perez aka Backzilla links up with Jon Irizarry and Demarcus Harris for a back and biceps workout during Destinaiton's breakfast and barbells. The energy was ultra high and it just increased as the workout progressed.
The workout was as follows:
Warm up: cable pull overs 3 sets
Tbar rows: 3 sets - last 2 sets to failure
Seal rows: 3 sets - static weight to failure
Single arm pulldowns: 3 sets
Bodyweight chins: 3 sets to failure
Andy Perez is always in tip top shape with ultra low body fat so this video is quite a bit different because you can "see every little fiber contract."
