Adverb Clauses
An adverbial result clause form:
such + a/an +adj + n + that
so + adj/adv + that
so + much/many + n + that
so + little / few + n + that
E.g. New textbooks are so expensive that my students buy used ones.
The library is such a big place that I couldn’t find the book I needed.
It was such an expensive car that my parents decided not to buy it.
He spoke so quickly that I could not understand him.
There is always so much noise in the dormitory that I cannot study there.
There were so many people that we could not find a seat.
There were so few students that the class was cancelled.
