Hello all! Todays video is a special one.
Every year I bake a cake for my son, who is resting in Heaven. However, this year is different since I’m recording his cake, made by his siblings & I!
While baking solo has helped me cope, it also brings us all together & I love being in the kitchen with my children. These are the memories I know that will stay with them!
I switched it up & used a Bundt Pan for todays bake.
You will need:
•Cake Pan of your choice
•Water
•Vegetable or Canola Oil
•3 eggs
•Non stick bake spray
•knife or toothpick for “done” testing
(The knife can also be used for removal of cake, if it is still stuck. Pass the knife around the edges of the cake, to separate from the pan. Best suggestion is to use enough non-stick bake spray!)
•Large plate/Something sturdy to have your cake on when you flip it over after cool down time!
•Frosting (or not) of your choice
•Sprinkles (or not) of your choice as well.
