Archery Injury Prevention: Prevent Draw Shoulder Issues Avoid Impingement from Shooting Archery

This is a Sure-Fire way to get a shoulder injury. Simply not doing this movement while shooting archery will help prevent shoulder impingement in the draw shoulder. Many new archers use this position before drawing the bow back and will absolutely lead to injury later on in their archery journey.
