~ Short Commentary ~

Most of the work for this mod was on the modchart engine, called "Schmovin'", that handles a lot of the tweening and positioning of the notes and receptors. No, I'm not calling it NotFNF.

Schmovin' adds support for note modifiers and has some built-in modifiers based on existing modifiers from StepMania (and NotITG) as well as support for custom modifiers.
I was originally going to make the modchart engine in Lua with Kade Engine, but then I realize I suck at Lua, so I just made it in Haxe.

The modchart engine itself is built on a framework that I've also been working on simultaneously called "Groovin' Mod Framework", which keeps code changes in the original code to a minimum and delegates most of the mod implementation outside of the code to make it easier to port the original game to future versions.

A lot of the interface for Schmovin' was inspired by Mirin Template by XeroOl (I'M SO SORRY I FORGOT TO REPLY!!), which is used for making NotITG modfiles. I don't have any idea how StepMania modding actually works, and at this point I'm too afraid to ask. Actors? Lua in XML? OnCommand? What? (EDIT 2022: I now know how StepMania and most mod files work... It's quite different from any other game I've tried modding.)
