Frank Larry Matthews, known as "Black Caesar," built the largest Black-led drug trafficking network in American history before mysteriously disappearing in 1973. His story remains significant today as he pioneered direct international drug sourcing that bypassed traditional Mafia control, establishing a business model later adopted by cartels.
