The MC-III Explosion Proof Flow Analyzer and the E-Series Explosion Proof Flow logger / Totalizer both serve the same applications.
They both have a CSA Class 1, division 1 explosion proof rating for the United States and Canada.
For ATEX and IECEx they have a category II and Group 2 Ex d protection for gas and dust applications.
Thanks to the clear wiring information and the selectable Modbus table, the E-Series can easily replace the MC-III in the field.
It guarantees a seamless continuation of Modbus communication when exchanged.
