I'm Jimmy Daugherty, founder of botified.
I started botified because I saw there was demand for implementing AI and automations into businesses, but I realized a lot of AI automation agencies and engineers (and a TON of youtubers) have it all backwards. They start with the shiny AI technology solution and then work toward the problems in the business.
It is the other way around! You should always start with the problem and work backwards from there. Sometimes AI isn't the solution.
