MARC and Amtrak action at Odenton, MD with Amtrak 642! 7/22/25

On Tuesday, my mom and I met with my brother in downtown Annapolis and we hung out there for a bit. Later on, I decided to head over to the Odenton MARC station to see a few trains. I stayed for about an hour and 20 minutes and saw quite a bit of action. I saw a lot more trains then I did when I came here last year since this time I went on a weekday. I saw 642 on the crescent that was nice to see. This was also my first time seeing a MARC MP36 in years. I went to Aberdeen, MD back in like 2015 and I saw MARC there, but it was before I started my channel. I also got a race between a MARC train and an Acela that was awesome to see! I was also hoping to see an HHP-8, but I unfortunately didn’t. Anyway, this was still a great railfanning evening!
