Ingredients
2 chicken legs
400 ml. coconut milk
400 ml. water
40 gram palm sugar
40 gram roasted peanuts
2 small potato
1 onion
1 cube of chicken stock
2 tbsp massaman curry paste
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp tamarind juice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise seeds
5 cardamom seeds
ส่วนผสม
ขาไก่ 2 ขา
กะทิ 400 มล.
น้ำ 400 มล.
น้ำตาลปี๊บ 40 กรัม
ถั่วลิสงคั่ว 40 กรัม
มันฝรั่งขนาดเล็ก 2 ลูก
หัวหอม 1 หัว
ซุปไก่ก้อน 1 ก้อน
น้ำพริกแกงมัสมั่น 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะขาม 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
อบเชย 2 แท่ง
เมล็ดโป๊ยกั๊ก 2 อัน
กระวาน 5 เมล็ด
