Unboxing, my first impressions, an audio test and an honest review of the TC-777. There are many budget USB mics out there. Is this one worth your attention?

The main features of this mic are as follows (as per the Tonor Amazon listing though I have summarised it).

• PLUG AND PLAY: USB 2.0 Data Port. No need for additional driver software.
• CARDIOID PICKUP PATTERN: The mic has a cardioid pickup pattern which captures the clear, smooth and crisp sound in front of the microphone and distinguishes it from the background noise.
• VERSATILITY: Suitable for gaming, streaming, Skype online chatting, vocal recording, voice-over, voice recognition, YouTube video, etc.
• ACCESSORIES: The microphone stand features a 3-legged base that retracts and folds up easily. The box has a full telescopic design, which is small in size and easy to carry. The microphone tripod can be unscrewed and attached to a boom stand, but the 3/8" female to 5/8" male threaded screw adapter is needed (not included).
