In today's video I explore The "Going Out West" cocktail. It's another spectacular drink from my Winter Cocktail Series. In this series, I've been mixing up some cocktails that really invoke winter to me. Today's heroes are Mezcal, Averna Amaro, and Rye. They make me feel like cuddling up with a good book and sipping this one by the fire (or pool!) You won't want to miss this one, I promise It's crazy, crazy good! "Going Out West" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Averna Amaro
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Mezcal
1 oz. (30 ml) Rye
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel Expressed and Dropped In The Cocktail.
