The first container transporting South African produced avocadoes has arrived in China. This produce was grown by global commercial farmer Westfalia Fruit, which also leads avocado farming operations in Limpopo.
Successful bilateral deals between BRICS member states, South Africa and China have led to this moment. At the same time, Westfalia Fruit is optimistic about future economic prospects following the export agreement.
