The brain is the most complicated organ in the human body. And it is responsible for everything we do including how we feel, how we behave, how we respond to a particular situation, and how we bond with one another.

So when we understand how this complex machine works, we can understand ourselves and our kids better, but when we help our kids understand how the brain works, we can empower them to understand themselves and those around them better and also manage their feelings and emotions effectively.

In this video, I share a simple, easy-to-understand, hand model of the brain which was developed by Dr. Daniel Siegel, a Professor of Psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine that you can teach children, even children as young as 2 years old to help understand and manage their feelings and emotions effectively 🧡
