Disclaimer:
While this is a valid rotation, this spec, even more so than other power specs, is all about bursting correctly and it has the advantage of being able to burst often and fast and adjust beginning and end of whatever rotation you are doing for maximum burst benefit on the encounter you are playing.

Notes on Rotation:
Even if it doesn't always look like it, the rotation is relatively repeatable and flowy, the key concept to remember is this:

1. You take the pure power dps rotation from this video:    • Power Renegade (Gs/SwSw) - 42.297 dps  
2. You integrate f4 in the opener
3. You keep pressing f4 whenever it comes off cooldown. To facilitate this, you will need to: On GS, no longer press GS3 if you have to press f4. On Sw: Depending on where f3 falls, either delay f3 until next GS loop and just drain energy with sw2 and f4 instead, or if you have to cast both f3 and f4 in swords, you need to delay impossible odds as seen in the video.

Possible Build Adaptations:
Sigils (vs. Hydromancy on GS):
Air/Impact (about the same dps unless double procing hydro)
Blood (slight dps loss for increased sustain

Relics:
Eagle (very comparable dmg, but back loaded instead of front loaded and only worth bringing if you are struggling to proc brawler at the correct timings)
Mist Stranger (moderate dps loss for increased sustain. Paired with vindication this can outheal i.e. the medium dmg field on the golem completely and the extreme field for a decent time)

Gear:
You can slot more and more diviner if you feel you need it to be able to upkeep alacrity, but as the video shows, it's not technically needed.

Always remember: Dodging is your enemy on renegade, but being alive is also more dps than being dead.
