Jodi Stepanek - I Am Open, I Am Ready

This week on The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast I’m speaking with Jodi Stepanek.








Jodi is a wife, a mom to two teenage daughters and a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor. She founded Big Heart Meditation and Mindfulness in January 2021 and has been on the peace train ever since! 








In this episode Jodi shares how the benefits of meditation and other practices have changed her life and led her to encourage and support others.  After taking a workshop, Jodi became a consistent meditator and decided to pursue her certification and started her own business to support others to create a more peaceful and healthy life.  She also hosts retreats and works with athletes on meditation and mindfulness.
