It’s finally time — the 912 motor is coming to life. In this video, I walk you through the process of building the short block for my 1967 Porsche 912. From case prep and crank install to torquing down the mains, we’re laying the foundation for a solid, reliable flat-four.
This is the start of the full engine rebuild journey, and I’m doing it all in the garage — no shortcuts, no fluff. Just clean parts, careful assembly, and a lot of attention to detail.
