A witness near Northeast 146th Avenue and East Burnside describes what he saw after the shooting police say involved federal law enforcement agents.
Portland police have said two people were found with gunshot wounds and taken to the hospital. No conditions were released at the time of this report, and officials have said the investigation is being handled federally.
In the interview, the witness calls the situation “ridiculous,” says “something has to be done,” and says ICE and Border Patrol should leave.
