*Spring Creative Cuisine — Plum Blossom Rice Cakes*
*Ingredients:*
Plum blossoms
White sugar
60g glutinous rice flour
60g rice flour
25g corn oil
65g hot milk
32g maltose syrup
**Instructions **
1. *Plum Blossom Jam:*
Rinse and sun-dry plum blossoms, then hand-knead with equal parts sugar to extract juice.
Seal in a jar with honey and ferment for 7 days.
2. *Dough Preparation:*
Strain the jam (reserve juice for later use).
Mix jam with toasted flour, add corn oil, and knead into a dough.
