This weekend thousands of Londoners will be out in the streets celebrating Chinese New Year as we enter the year of the sheep.
Celebrated chef Ken Hom walks us through Chinatown, and down memory lane, as he tells us about the evolution of Chinese cuisine here in the capital.
Ken first came to London 45 years ago, and since then much has changed, but the demand for Chinese food in London and across the UK has never been higher.
Ken tells us what it is about the Orient that has Londoners in a sizzle over crispy duck.
