Ren Erin Gill, known professionally as Ren, is a Welsh singer-songwriter, producer, rapper, busker, poet, and multi-instrumentalist. Born on March 29, 1990, in Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales, Ren is known for his collaborative music work with other singers. He was a member of the indie hip-hop band Trick The Fox and The Big Push, a British busking band based in Brighton.

In 2022, Ren released "Hi Ren," a song that went viral and appeared in both the United Kingdom and Worldwide Trending Music Video Charts on YouTube, amassing 6.8 million views in just two months. Following this, Ren released several other songs that also trended in the United Kingdom's Trending Music Video Chart on YouTube.

Ren has faced significant health challenges throughout his life and is now working to raise awareness of mental health issues. Despite his health struggles, he has continued to produce music and even wrote songs and recorded music from his bedroom. His debut solo album, "Freckled Angels," was released in 2016.

Ren's music has been recognized and acclaimed by various outlets. He was named as one of Atwood Magazine's 2023 Artists to Watch and has been praised for his intense and refreshingly unique music. He has also used his platform to raise money for charitable causes, such as the RNLI crew on Beaumaris, Anglesey.
