Hier ist eine leckere Idee für das Abendessen: gebackene Hähnchenschenkel mit Kartoffeln und Zucchini, alles mit verschiedenen Aromen aromatisiert, eine echte Delikatesse, die man fast jeden Tag kochen kann
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
extra natives Olivenöl nach Geschmack
2 Hähnchenschenkel halbiert
800 g Kartoffeln
2 Zucchini
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack.
verschiedene Aromen nach Geschmack
Oregano nach Geschmack
Rosmarin nach Geschmack
2 Schalotten
400 g Tomatenmark
300 ml Wasser
Insgesamt 60 Minuten bei 180° garen
