Online Briefing: Good Samaritan Laws at the Supreme Court of Canada

On January 13, 2025 the Canadian Drug Policy Coalition (CDPC), l’Association des Intervenants en Dépendance du Québec, and the Harm Reduction Nurses Association hosted a short online briefing to learn about the key arguments these organizations will present as interveners in the Supreme Court of Canada case R. v. Wilson, which addresses the application of Good Samaritan laws.
