Former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash was found dead with multiple stab wounds at his Bengaluru home. His son, Kartik, alleged that his mother, who has been battling schizophrenia for years, was responsible for the killing. Based on his complaint, police have filed charges against Om Prakash’s wife, Pallavi, and daughter, Kruti, as investigations into the incident continue.
