Corn Nuggets
1 can frozen, fresh, or canned corn (drained)
1 can cream style corn
1 egg white
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain corn meal
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
1-3 tbsp milk if needed
Mix all ingredients and drop in hot grease, fry until golden brown. Great dipped in honey butter…enjoy.
