Hebrews 3:13-14 But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called "Today," lest anyone of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. 14) For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast (v.aas) the beginning of our assurance firm until the end;

Daily Encouragement: The core instruction is for constant, day-by-day support among believers.

"Today" is Urgent: This emphasizes the present moment as the time for action, a call to live in faith now, not later.

Sin's Deceitfulness: Sin isn't always obvious; it gradually hardens hearts by promising false pleasures and leading people away from God.

Communal Faith: The verse highlights the importance of the community (brothers/sisters in faith) in helping individuals stay faithful and resist sin's gradual pull.

In simpler terms, it means: "Keep building each other up every single day, because sin lies and can slowly make you resistant to God if you're not careful.


4. Hebrews 10:24-25 is a New Testament scripture encourage- ing Christians to actively support each other in faith by provoking love and good works, emphasizing the importance of regular church gatherings for mutual encouragement, especially as the return of Jesus nears. Key themes include intentional community, spurring one another toward Christ-like actions, and not forsaking fellowship as the final judgment approaches.

Hebrews 10:24-25 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, 25) not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near.

5. Philippians 2:14-16 Do all things (a command) without grumbling or disputing; 15) that you may (subjunctive mood) prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as lights in the world, 16) holding fast the “word of life” (B.D.), so that in the “day of Christ” (the Rapture), I (Paul) may have cause to glory because I did not run in vain nor toil in vain.
