During a photo charter, stops are made along the line where the photographers on board can get off the train and get photos of it passing by them.
There are only a few steps needed to accomplish this task, and we see them here:
Train stops
Riders disembark
Photographers get in position, train reverses
"Quiet on the photoline"
Train passes
Photographers get back on
Train continues to next location
