After going for a caravan ride to test a super mutant serum We got met the president of the NCR, Tandi of Shady Sands is actually the president, the very same Tandi from Fallout 1, Turns out there's a stuff in Vault 15 that the NCR needs but there's some squaters at the entrance to the vault who blocks entry, time for the Chosen one to lend a hand and finish what the Vault Dweller started way back then.
